Why Ronald McDonald House Charities Tampa Bay?
At Small Jobs Electric, we have personally seen how the Ronald McDonald House is a wonderful help during a very difficult time for families. Some years ago, a family we were well acquainted with had a child who became seriously ill, requiring extensive medical attention. Initially, they were traveling extensively to get back and forth from the hospital. This limited their energy and ability to be by their child’s side as much as they possibly could.
They then learned of the Ronald McDonald House. The parents talked about how, during that time, Ronald McDonald House helped them to be close to their child. They spoke warmly of the support and compassion they received at the Ronald McDonald House. Most importantly, they were able to be there and focused on their child. Sadly, their child did not recover and passed away. However, they spoke of how, if it had not been for the assistance they were provided with through Ronald McDonald House, they might not have been there when their child passed. They were, and are, still grateful for this wonderful charity.

At Small Jobs Electric, our community outreach efforts afford us the opportunity to give back to important charities. We proudly support Ronald McDonald House Charities Tampa Bay (RMHC) because we know our friends’ story is not unique. The last thing any parent wants to worry about is how they can manage their affairs when their child is seriously ill and be present for their child. Not only does Ronald McDonald House provide comfortable accommodations and meals for these families, but it also provides a venue for all resident families to support each other through critical times.
Sometimes this is the greatest benefit of all. Although we personally support RMHC financially, we hope to raise awareness of this wonderful charity and encourage others to support this cause.
